Chef Maoz prepared a delicious Italian meal for my college graduation party! He prepared salmon, pork, potatoes (like my Italian aunt makes them) and a selection of exquisite pate'. He also created a selection of appetizers, including Caprese salad with eggplant, and asparagus and melon wrapped in prosciutto.
The presentation was beautiful and the abundance of food was amazing. We gave him our headcount and the portions were generous, we had leftovers for days. He was also very flexible when we had to change the venue.
As an Italian family, he not only lived up to our standard but exceeded them!
I would recommend him to everyone I know!
